Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a not-so-great neighborhood of Osaka; however, it offers direct access to the Nankai line for a convenient trip to KIX international airport. The rooms, though equipped with all the essentials, face a noisy heater right in front of the bath, which can be bothersome. The service from the reception team, especially the night shift staff, was pleasant and accommodating. The handmade pasta served at the dining area was a delight. The facilities are decent, providing a comfortable stay overall, but the location may not suit everyone's preferences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, but the bathroom was small. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, next to a nice-sized train station, but the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. The lack of soundproofing made it hard to sleep due to the noise from the nearby subway. The dining options were limited to sashimi. Overall, it was an okay stay with some room for improvement.
